Orapaper 2040 is a self-adhesive, white, matte, wood-free paper with a thickness of 87 microns (80 g/m2). Designed for making self-adhesive labels for various purposes. Printing techniques: screen printing, offset. Available in B2 format sheets (50 cm x 70 cm).   TECHNICAL DATA   Glue: polyacrylate, permanent. Thickness* (without protective paper and adhesive layer): 87 microns. Covering material: wood-free paper, white, matte, 80 g/m2. Bonding strength (FINAT – FTM-2 test method, after 20 minutes, stainless steel): 19 N/25 mm. Tear resistance (DIN 53 112): longitudinal: min. 83N/15mm, transverse: min. 44N/15mm. Minimum gluing temperature: min. +5°C. Storage period**: 4 years.   * average value ** in the original packaging, at a temperature of 20ºC and a relative air humidity of 50%   Recommendations for applying the foil   The surface on which the paper is glued must be cleaned of dust, grease and other contaminants that could adversely affect the adhesion of the product. Freshly varnished or painted surfaces should be left to dry for a minimum of 3 weeks. The possibility of using selected varnishes or paints with self-adhesive paper should be checked before the final gluing of the paper.
